annual gala dinner 

To end our conference weekend, we invite you to our annual Gala Dinner with this years' theme being "GOLD".

 

Please join us for pre-dinner drinks from 6:30 pm in the Garden Terrace Gallery. Delegates will then return to the Marriott Ballroom for a 3-course dinner.

 

Entrée

  • Smoked chicken with smoked aubergine cream, baby leaves and heirloom tomato, served alternately with:

  • Seared scallop and salmon with green pawpaw salad and Nam Jim dressing

  • Vegetarian : Field mushroom stuffed with white bean mash, gruyere cheese and sautéed vegetables

  • Jain vegetarian:  Vegetable samosa

 

Main

  • Macadamia crusted barramundi, Cajun chat, herb beurre blanc

  • Beef eye fillet with Dauphinoise potato, asparagus spears, béarnaise sauce, red wine jus

  • Vegetarian: Spiced lentil ragout, roasted beetroot, goats cheese and balsamic glaze

  • Jain vegetarian:  Paneer butter masala/tandoori gobi/ paratha/Basmati rice/ cucmber raitha

Dessert

  • Wattle seed tiramisu, espresso gel, sable, dark chocolate

  • Jain vegetarian:  mango kulfi

 

Please note that vegetarian and Jain vegetarian options are only available to delegates who have registered these dietary preferences in advance. Other special dietary requests will be accommodated via adjustments of the published meals above.

Entertainment will once again feature during the evening, and we look forward to also awarding the best dressed attendees on the night!
